When thinking on the next generation of what customers we want to attract, it is important to work towards making sure at the high level, you are keeping track of what your consumers want. This experience map is based on market research for ZoomInfo and we used this data to find what features to address first in the UI. It also is an important step in making sure that any correlations between customer clusters can be thought through efficiently.
